Child and Adolescent Services
Testing children and adolescents is different from testing adults. Special training and testing materials are required. Dr. Truitt can test your child or adolescent (birth to 18) for:
- Pervasive Developmental Disorders (i.e., Autism Spectrum Disorders, Retts Disorder)
- Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Analysis
- Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder
- Learning Disorders
- Behavioral Disorders
- Psychiatric Disorders
This includes a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation complete with recommendations on how to use your child's strengths to overcome his or her challenges at home, in school, and in the community.
Therapy
Individual, Group, and Family Therapy are offered as space is available using a Cognitive Behavioral approach and Neuropsychological Interventions
